This is one half of a Mexican Coconut which is solid. This specimen has banding around the outside of the stone surrounding an area of solid crystals. The coloring runs from white to light blue-gray. The area of solid crystal is made up of clear agate which allows you to see into the stone and gives a 3-D effect. Most of the agate is light gray to light blue-gray, although some of the pictures make it look white due to lighting.
This piece has been high speed sanded which gives it a high shine. The specimen weighs 10 3/4 oz and is approx. 3 inches wide and 2 3/4 inches tall and 1 3/4 inches thick. This piece will make a great addition to any collection.
