This is one half of a Mexican Coconut which is solid. This specimen has a very beautiful banding pattern. The coloring runs from light blue-gray to gray. The small circular pattern near the top edge has a small tube that goes into the stone and the agate around it is clear, which allows you to see into the stone and gives a 3-D effect.
This piece has been high speed sanded which gives it a high shine. The specimen weighs 6 5/8 oz and is approx. 3 1/8 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches tall and 1 1/4 inches thick. This piece will make a great addition to any collection.
