Petrified Wood specimen from a branch section which was collected in the Southwest United States back in the 1950's. This piece has been high speed sanded giving it a beautiful finish. You can see the wood circular banding pattern . All coloring is natural. Very nice wood-grain pattern.
The piece weighs 9 5/8 ounce, and is approx. 8 1/8 inches wide and 1 3/4 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches thick. This piece will make a great addition to any collection.
